- Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension of work.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and depend on design approval, material availability, and timely payments. Signature Studio is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate site information and requirements
- Approve designs, materials, and timelines in writing
- Ensure site readiness for execution work
Any changes requested after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
7. Materials & Execution
Material samples and finishes may slightly vary due to manufacturing limitations or availability. Signature Studio ensures quality execution but minor variations are not considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, images, and content created by Signature Studio are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- Project cancellation by the client must be communicated in writing.
- Payments made for completed work, designs, or purchased materials are non-refundable.
- Signature Studio reserves the right to terminate services in case of contract violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Signature Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
